So many great fictional characters based on the Constellation - Gemini

First off, I hate that tech billionares ruined the name of my favourite constellation, "Gemini". Now people I know associated with AI slop bot!!! How dare they!

This is a post to bring back how cool Gemini (Castor and Pollux) as a mythology, and how it inspired really cool fictional characters.

One of the notable character I love associated with the constellation Gemini was the one from "Megaman Starforce NDS". I remembered so vividly that it was really the turning point for the game plot. Don't worry, I won't spoil the main story, but the design is so so memorable.

When battling with Gemini, you basically had to fight them and defeat them around the same time; Most of the time you battle one boss at a time, not two. I think I've often loved twins character in a game.

Secondly, I learned that the constellation Gemini in the Greek mythology was associated with Castor and Pollux, and of course through Fate/Grand Order game in the Lostbelt 5 arc. The design is really cool, although Pollux in this game was a genderbent; a female. This also brought unique summonable character in the game, in which usually you could summon 1 character at a time, but this time as twins. You get interesting attack animation as well too! It feels like they are acting as a unit than individual, which is awesome.

I also am reading about the mythology of Castor and Pollux, in this wikipedia page, though the keyword I used was "Gemini constellation"

Looking through the page, I realized that it made sense you cannot really separate Castor and Pollux.

This is more of a spontaneous blog post, but I hope you enjoy! I want to build more of small wiki library link in this bearblog. Now it has a new tag: wikiread

Hope you have a great day!
