Is There a Point of Being Hopeful of Better Tomorrow?
I thought about this lately with the latest news
What is the exact cause of a certain Wildfire? That's a quite difficult answer to pinpoint. Climate Change is real, and can impact how severe/easy it is to spark a fire - But that's also an accumulation of many years of human decision back in the days, possibly in the start if Industrial 1.0 time period.
If we have been voicing our concerns, why it feels like climate change is getting way worse? Is there a point to voice our concern?
I do believe that it does make a difference. If you look closely, yes the end result of the graph feels like it's getting worse. But the other humans are fighting back to protect the land. There is often opression involved, It feels like never-ending but, that process still delays the acceleration of the worse outcome. I think the corporate does realise it does delay the project.
That is something - a progress. It feels like as if we are powerless against the Corporate Greed. But a delay is still progress, you will not see it in the end result. But it is something working.
I want to challenge the idea of humans is doomed as a species - We are not.
I don't believe that humans are a doomed species. We have also the capability to build something better, although in the imperfect world. Of course, throughout human civilization, there is always certain group of people who'd love to take control just to fulfill their delusional desire - but I do believe we also have the power to keep voicing our concerns, to fight back. Because to them, if there is no concern being get through their head, means that their delusional desire is perfectly fine! I mean, no one seemed to complain, right?

Remember the times I said this statement: "the seat is vacant, take it anyway"? That's true for those delusional people in power. They WILL take the seat and make sure no one else will take it except for their own little bubble.
But you are not them - You will take a seat and make sure that others sit beside you. You welcome them.
There is a point in building a better tomorrow, better future, because otherwise those evil billionare would just take as it is and even more
